Your skin reveals your age as well as health conditions like during your teenage you face acne breakout, radiant glow during pregnancy, etc. Your skin functions different tasks and plays as a defense wall between your body and the outside world by protecting it from bacteria, viruses, pollution, etc. 

Therefore you must take some measures to protect your skin from unprotected sun exposure, frequent wash, or use of too hot water that can damage your skin. An unhealthy diet, lack of sleep, dehydration, smoking, etc. can negatively impact your skin and make it look dull and tired.

  • Keep yourself stress-free

  • If you take a hot water shower or bath for long then it will remove the oil from your skin. It is good to limit your bath or shower with hot water and use warm water.
  • You should avoid using soap and detergents which can remove oil from the skin. Instead of this, you can use a mild cleanser.
  • Pat dry:- After take bath, gently pat or blot your skin to make it dry with a towel. This will ensure to remain some moisture on your skin.
  • Keep your skin moisturized:-if you have dry skin then you should moisturize it according to your skin type. It is good to use moisturizer filled with SPF.
